Prior to joining Kincannon & Reed, Ricardo led agribusiness and biotechnology business and operating units for Brazilian, American, Canadian, and Italian multinational companies. He brings his experience to every engagement, working with clients to sort out specific needs and assessing candidates who will deliver results.
Ricardo holds an MBA degree from the Universidade de São Paulo, and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro.
