Abby McMillin is a Managing Director at Kincannon & Reed with over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition. She has successfully led more than 200 executive-level searches, delivering high-quality placements with a client-centric approach focused on long-term satisfaction.

Her expertise spans global recruiting, business development, strategic planning, and operations, enabling her to guide recruitment projects from initiation to successful placement. Prior to Kincannon & Reed, Abby held business development roles in talent acquisition and consulting, expanding client portfolios and building high-performing teams.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio State University. Abby is based in Orange County, California, where she lives with her husband and two boys.
