Palermo’s Pizza, a leading frozen pizza manufacturer, is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Brian Patterson as the new Senior Director of Supply Chain.
In his new role, Patterson will oversee a team of over 30 employees and be responsible for setting the strategy and leading the execution of procurement, production, inventory, logistics, and co-pack production planning. Additionally, he will also focus on fostering a high-performing culture that aligns with Palermo’s values and establishing strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

Patterson’s decades-long career spans various key positions within the food and beverage industry, including his most recent role as Supply Chain Director at Good Foods Group. His extensive background includes strategic sourcing, demand and supply planning, process development, price and contract negotiations, and commodity and market forecasting. Brian’s experience also encompasses roles at Restaurant Services, Inc. and Kerry.

Founded in 1954 as a small Italian bakery in Milwaukee, Palermo’s has since evolved into a leading frozen pizza brand known for its innovation and dedication to quality. Initially offering Italian breads and cookies, the business expanded into soups, sandwiches, and by 1969, a full pizzeria and restaurant. Their homemade pizza and pizza bread quickly became local favorites, prompting them to enter the frozen pizza market in 1979.
