K&R Places Head of China at Tyson Foods

Tyson Foods China, a division of the leading global food multinational Tyson Foods, recently welcomed Xiaoling Liu to the organization as the Head of China.

Xiaoling brings an impressive blend of general management, operations, and B2B/B2C commercial expertise accumulated over the past fifteen years at Cargill. Her previous leadership roles include Regional Managing Director Chocolate & Group Indulgence Leader based in Singapore and Chief Transformation Officer for Starch, Sweetener, and Texturizer in China. She has also led strategy development initiatives involving M&A and joint ventures.

As the Head of China, Xiaoling will serve as a key member of division’s global leadership team. Her remit in her new role will be to develop business strategies, lead transformations, and oversee end-to-end operations. Her responsibilities include aligning operational strategies with corporate goals, ensuring compliance with global standards, championing sustainability initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture.
