In his role as Managing Director, Locker will be consulting with clients on the recruitment and development of senior-level leadership and bring thirty years of experience assessing, hiring, and building teams for various firms across the agriculture industry. As an adept strategist, Locker will assist clients in resolving complex business challenges by drawing on his understanding of leadership dynamics and experience in scaling high-performing teams in various business environments.

Locker’s career highlights include roles with Syngenta, FMC Corporation and Vivid Life Sciences. Most recently, Locker served as Vice President of Sales at Helm Agro US.

Locker holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from The Ohio State University and has further enhanced his expertise through advanced education. He completed the Strategic Thinking and Management for Competitive Advantage program at the Wharton School of Business, attended the Agribusiness Seminar at Harvard Business School, and developed his negotiation skills with an Advanced Negotiation Skills course from Scottworks.
