Rosen’s Inc. recently welcomed Scott Hennagir to the organization’s ranks as their new Director of Operations.
In his new role, Hennagir will lead the teams responsible for facilities, transportation, and logistics related to the distribution of agrochemicals across the company’s 17 distributions centers. He is responsible for managing fleet operations and teams in addition to overseeing capital budgeting and infrastructure expansions.
“Strategic and results-driven, Scott is an entrepreneurial leader with a ‘roll-up-his-sleeves’ management style,” said Managing Partner John Wright. “He has a demonstrated track record of success in improving performance and driving operational efficiencies – something that will benefit him greatly in his new role with Rosen’s.”
Hennagir brings a deep understanding of the agribusiness industry and extensive experience in supply chain and operations – both retail and wholesale – within the ag chemical space. Prior to joining the team at Rosen’s, Hennagir was the Regional Operations Manager for Simplot overseeing 22 locations in four states.
“Scott is known for being a highly communicative and collaborative hands-on leader,” said Managing Director Sally Day. “He is a continuous learner with a passion for building high performing teams through understanding and empowerment.”
