Nebraska’s Hi-Line Cooperative appointed Matt Hasenauer as the organization’s new Chief Executive Officer earlier this week.
Responsible for the continued growth and performance of the Cooperative, Hasenauer will work closely with the Board of Directors to build upon organizational priorities in his new role. He is also tasked with cultivating a culture of member service through the development of unified, high-performance teams within the organization.
“Matt is a dedicated, strategic-minded leader with an excellent record of building relationships with customers and his team,” said Managing Partner Janet Wightman. “He brings a deep understanding of the marketplace and a passion for the customer to Hi-Line Cooperative.”
Prior to joining Hi-Line, Hasenauer held several commercial positions with various companies and built a solid network within the Nebraska ag industry as a result. Ranging from District Manager to Commercial Unit Lead to being an owner-operator for his seed business, Hasenauer’s experience highlights adding value and providing high levels of customer service with every organization.
“Matt is known for having the best interest of the customer at heart, which is evident in the relationships he’s developed,” said Director Crystal Strauss. “He is a skilled communicator and problem solver -who believes in transparency and consistency.”
Founded in 1968 through the merging of two local co-ops, Hi-Line Cooperative operates six locations across an eight-county territory in Southwestern Nebraska. The co-op offers a wide range of products and services that include agronomy, energy and retail.
